Case Study: Employee Resource Group
A geographically diverse organization need to provide connection, community and leadership opportunities for women at all levels of the organization.
Solution: We worked with this company to design a quarterly leadership development curriculum that supported the corporate values and leadership competencies. We worked with volunteer facilitators to prepare them to lead group discussions that used practical tools to develop skills. The Employee Resource Group system reached over 200 women.
Results: 70% of the women who participated stated that they took on more responsibility, received a promotion or switched roles. They also reported an increase in demonstrating confidence through speaking up in meetings, taking on challenging assignments and feeling more connected to the company’s mission.
