Case Study: Leadership Development Program for Women
Companies are losing talented female professionals at the mid-level of their career. Even if they are not leaving the company, they are often disengaged or unfulfilled.
Solution: Professional women who have achieved some success in their careers need support in letting go of “doing” and stepping into “leading”. Additionally, they need help integrating personal and professional long-term goals into one plan. Women at this level receive tremendous value from learning and practicing these leadership skills in a group.
