Case Study: Women's Mentoring Program
A Midwestern energy company was risking sustainability, innovation and creativity due to lack of diversity in leadership roles and talent pipeline.
Solution: Two senior level female executives sponsored a women’s mentoring program and partnered with Tiara International for the design, development and implementation. We designed the program for 18 talented women and included both male and female mentors. The program ran for 12 months and implemented Mentoring Program Best Practices, which you can download here.
Results: At the end of the first year 75% of the women mentees were given a promotion or increased responsibility. 100% of the mentors demonstrated advocacy for their mentees, diversifying the leadership pipeline in a meaningful way.
