No’w’s the time to Step Up!

Tiara Coaching is committed to a world where all women are leading lives that inspire them. The seeds for this life philosophy are planted at a very young age. This is why we are excited to announce August as “Step Up” month!

Step Up Women’s Network is a national, nonprofit membership organization dedicated to connecting and advancing women and girls. By bridging communities of professional women and underserved teen girls through mentorship, networking and advancement, we ensure women and girls have the opportunities they need to create a better future.

We are proud to announce that proceeds from all Tiara events in the month of August will be donated to Step Up Women’s Network.

August 11: Tiara Study Hall

August 17: “Eat Pray Love” Benefit for Step Up

Save the Date!

Save August 17 for a Girls’ Night Out at the Movies to benefit Step Up Women’s Network. We will enjoy fabulous networking, Italian wine, gourmet pizzas and VIP showing of “Eat Pray Love” at an upscale theater in Chicago’s South Loop. All proceeds will benefit Step Up Women’s Network. The ticket price is $65 for this event, with tickets going on sale the first week of August. Plan ahead to attend this fantastic summer event!

Step Up Women’s Network’s View From the Top event takes place on Wednesday, August 25. Tiara Coaching is proud to be supporting young women in the intership program and will be recognized at the event.

October 2: Tiara Yearlong Program

More Details

The program begins with a full day of visioning, followed by a series of 12 monthly group coaching sessions, and access to two trained Tiara Program Coaches throughout the year. As a participant you will meet in person with a group of 12 – 15 women for the entire year. During the year, you cycle through the following six distinctions, practically applying them to your life and achieving your top priority results:

Acceptance. Acceptance of self, others, and circumstances.
Clarity. Becoming clearer and clearer on your true desires.
Results. Accomplishing your most desired results easily.
Purpose. Aligning your life with values, callings, and purpose.
Well Being. Taking care of yourself first.
Community. Feeling connected to your communities.

Each program is facilitated by two experienced, professional, trained Tiara Program Coaches. You can access these coaches between sessions throughout the year. Your Tiara community is a place where you go for connection, clarity, acceptance, rejuvenation, and gracious accountability for fulfilling on your desired results.

Visioning Day

Each Tiara Program Group starts with a Visioning Day, which takes you through identifying your values, callings, and goals along with nourishing practices and internal limitations.

Monthly Sessions

There are 12 monthly sessions to support achieving results, and each monthly session is 3 hours. The curriculum is non-linear, so each Tiara Program Group has the same experience in each month, even if they begin at different times in the year.

Pivot Coaching

Each Tiara Program Member can contact either of their two coaches for pivot (quick, laser-focused) coaching between the sessions via email or telephone.

Program Materials

Materials including worksheets, journals, books, audio programs, and more are distributed throughout the year and are included in the price of the program.
