Tiara is a world-wide organization built on a vision. Our vision is a world where all women are choosing to lead lives that inspire them. When a powerful woman is making her choices based on her authentic priorities, she is more fulfilled and effective in all areas of her life.
We provide coaching, programming, and community for like-minded women. Tiara events are designed to deepen acceptance, increase awareness, create a supportive community, and produce inspiring results. At a philosophical level, all of our programming is based on a belief that all women have the power to create their own success and that comes from within.
Our core program is a yearlong, group coaching program for women. This comprehensive program helps women define their own unique success and supports them as they achieve it. Our trained Tiara Program Coaches guide all participants through a proven process that allows for each woman to customize the results to match her own needs, wants and desires.
At a design level, the yearlong coaching program curriculum integrates transformative concepts with day-to-day practices. The program incorporates a holistic perspective and each woman will achieve her unique top priority outcomes in all areas of life: Career, Finances, Relationships, Family, Health, Wellbeing, Spirituality, and others. Because the course takes place over 12 months, the participants have the time to apply what they are learning and see tangible results.
