Once a year we open the doors to our virtual Model Certification Program in which you will learn a flexible-yet-structured leadership model that provides a framework for your coaching and will help you to support your clients in becoming inspirational and effective leaders.

Our Coach Certification Program is:
During the program you will apply the concepts to your own leadership development while practicing with clients. This meta-approach enables you to learn from a variety of coaching situations while absorbing the nuanced design of each of our tools.

The participant receives over 52 hours of classes, coaching, supervision and mentoring for $7500 USD.

+ What are the prerequisites for joining this program?
You must have completed a coaching foundation course by an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) prior to the Integrated Leadership Plan Foundation Session
+ What is expected from me during the program?
Over the course of the 10-month program, you should expect to spend 62 – 64 hours meeting the Tiara Model Certification requirements. Here’s the breakdown:
- 33 Hours | Live Virtual Sessions with Your Learning Community
- 11 Hours | 1-1 Mentor Coaching
- 8 Hours | Client Practice with Supervision
- 10 – 12 Hours | Completing Monthly Practices and Applications
